These Terms and Conditions explain how our website and services are provided, including pool construction, remodeling, equipment upgrades, inspections, and repair services.
By using our website or requesting services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms help protect both our customers and our company by clearly defining responsibilities, scheduling expectations, payment terms, and limitations of liability where permitted by law.
Because every pool project is unique, written estimates, proposals, and service agreements may include additional terms specific to your project. If a written agreement is provided for construction, remodeling, equipment installation, or repair work, that agreement will govern the scope of services and project-specific requirements.

- Scope of Work : The scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement or estimate provided to the Client before commencing work.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A late payment fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue balances.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before scheduled work. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost may apply.
- Warranty and Liability: Our work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses except as provided in these Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
