Terms And condition of Trident Pool
We believe in clear communication. These terms outline how we keep your pool pristine and how we work together to ensure a safe, crystal-clear swimming experience.
- Scope of Work : The scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement or estimate provided to the Client before commencing work.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A late payment fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue balances.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before scheduled work. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost may apply.
- Warranty and Liability: Our work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses except as provided in these Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
- Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
